For over a decade at O.C. Tanner, Steele has been passionate about helping people commemorate milestones in their lives—from weddings and anniversaries to graduation and retirement. Steele has received the Graduate Diamond diploma from the Gemological Institute of America. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing and playing tennis.
